Sacombank raises $138.6M in bonds

The details: Each six-year tranche carries a fixed 10% annual interest rate. The proceeds will supplement medium- and long-term funding and support Sacombank's financial position and risk resilience.
Why now? The issuances form part of an approved plan to place up to 20,000 billion VND in private bonds, amid increased bond-market activity among Vietnamese banks.
