Fever raises €220 million in EQT-led round, the largest ever for a live-entertainment tech firm

What's the money for? Fever will expand beyond the 55 countries where it already operates and strengthen its position across major entertainment categories. It also plans to increase investment in technology and partner tools.

Why now? The company says the round comes "at a moment of sustained growth." Over the past three years, Fever has more than tripled its revenue while keeping EBITDA positive.
