NTT DATA buys Netgain to build Sweden's largest ServiceNow specialist

Who is Netgain? Founded in 2008, Netgain provides consulting, implementation, managed services, and AI-driven workflow transformation. It holds more than 160 ServiceNow certifications and has been part of IT consulting group CombinedX since 2013, serving mid-sized and large firms plus public-sector organisations across Sweden.
Why now? NTT DATA and ServiceNow expanded their strategic partnership in 2025. Netgain adds skills, client relationships, and market knowledge to a Nordics ServiceNow business built around The Cloud People.
What's the endgame? The buyer wants to build a leading ServiceNow organisation in Europe. The signal: Demand for AI-driven workflow automation is pushing consultancies to consolidate platform expertise. "The ServiceNow platform plays an increasingly important role in our clients' transformation strategies," said Jatin Rajpal, global head of ServiceNow at NTT DATA (translated from German).
