Why now? The capital will support manufacturing capacity, research and development, and the expansion of Omega Seiki Mobility's dealer and service network. The company is also evaluating a path towards the public markets.
What it means. Founded in 2018, Omega Seiki Mobility builds electric cargo three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, premium electric two-wheelers and light commercial vehicles from facilities in Faridabad and Pune. It plans to grow from 150 touchpoints across India to 250 by FY28, while evaluating expansion into Africa.
By the numbers. Omega Seiki Mobility reported approximately ₹333 crore in FY26 revenue, up 13% year on year, and turned profit-after-tax positive. This is the company's second ₹50 crore raise in two months.
