What changes? 4Secure will keep its existing brand, and its current management team will remain in place.

What's the endgame? Elvirian provides IT and operational technology (OT) security services that protect critical infrastructure, networks, and industrial systems. The deal adds 4Secure's expertise in cross domain solutions — enabling secure information exchange across environments with different security classifications.

Parsa Lalehzar, director at Elvirian, called that "a capability that is increasingly critical for defence, government, and operators of critical infrastructure."

Why now? Jon Barlow, chief executive of 4Secure, said joining Elvirian "gives us the opportunity to accelerate that journey." He added: "Together, we can combine complementary technologies, expand internationally, and continue investing in innovation."
