Founded in 2023 by former architect Mark Szoke and serial entrepreneur Joachim Holwech, Visoid turns existing 3D models into high-quality visualisations in minutes while preserving the original design intent. The aim is to let architects iterate faster and communicate ideas without traditional rendering workflows.

"Architects have been using the same software for the past 30 years, and they were reluctant to try new ones," said chief executive officer Szoke. "We don't need to sell it to them, they simply want it themselves."
What's the money for? The capital will fund the next stage of growth, expanding engineering, product, and commercial teams. Visoid has nine employees and expects to double by year-end, while accelerating new AI features and deepening partnerships with architecture and design firms.
The signal: At €2.1 million, the round sits near the middle of comparable deals — a modest but pointed bet on vertical AI tools built for a single profession's workflows. As Holwech, chief product officer, put it: "Architects need AI that understands their models, preserves design intent and fits naturally into professional workflows."
