"This partnership brings together two organizations with a shared passion for creativity, innovation and delivering exceptional experiences for our clients," said Debbie Abergel, chief strategy officer at Nadel.
What changes for clients? All Branded Group's team will keep serving existing clients while gaining access to Nadel's broader global resources and technology. "Joining Nadel allows us to expand what we can offer our clients," Sacharowitz said.
The signal: The deal reflects continued consolidation among large promotional products distributors seeking scale and geographic reach. For Nadel, buying an established Asia Pacific player is a faster route into the region than building from scratch.
