Uniti raises $12M Series A to automate real estate operations

The round was led by Pathlight Ventures, with participation from MetaProp, Alate Partners, Flex Capital, Prudence, RE Angels and angels including Gokul Rajaram, Romain Huet and Lenny Rachitsky.
Why now? Many property management records have already been digitised, but much of the customer-facing work is still done manually. Uniti's agents aim to close that gap by taking over routine operational tasks for property operators.
The signal: The round reflects investor appetite for applying AI to industries where back-end data is digital but front-line workflows remain manual — leaving room for automation to cut costs.
