Hyulim Robot to become JK Synapse's top shareholder in 3B won deal

The terms: New shares will be issued at 968 won each, totalling 3,099,173 common shares. Once payment completes on July 28, JK Synapse's shares outstanding will rise from 11,260,098 to 14,359,271.

What changes? Hyulim Robot will hold 21.58% of JK Synapse, taking the top spot. Current largest shareholder MH Tech will see its stake fall from 13.59% to 10.66%.

Why now? JK Synapse plans to use the proceeds to improve its financial structure. The company said the raise should also ease market concerns over some unconverted convertible bonds.

What's the endgame? JK Synapse framed the capital increase as a decision made with KOSDAQ market capitalisation requirements in mind.
