What's the deal? Silver Hammer MiningDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Corp. (CSE: HAMR) has agreed to acquire Stroud ResourcesDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → Ltd. (TSXV: SDR) and SilverMark Resources Inc. in two concurrent all-share deals signed July 17, 2026. Both use three-cornered amalgamations, and the combined business will be renamed Silver Frontier Mining Corp.
What are they buying? Stroud holds an effective 100% interest in the Santo Domingo silver-gold project in Jalisco, Mexico. SilverMark holds the right to earn up to a 75% interest in a Moroccan portfolio, including the past-producing Akka Polymetallic Mine.
What's the endgame? The deals aim to turn Silver Hammer, currently focused on US silver assets, into a globally diversified explorer. The combined resource base, anchored by Santo Domingo, holds roughly 25.74 million ounces of silver equivalent in measured and indicated resources and 13.39 million ounces in inferred resources.
How is it funded? A concurrent brokered financing of up to C$10 million will fund exploration and project work across the portfolio. The company expects a pro forma cash position above C$10 million, plus a tighter share structure after a four-for-one share consolidation.
Why now? Renowned mining investor Eric SprottDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → is set to become the combined company's largest shareholder, a cornerstone endorsement as Silver Hammer seeks a bigger market capitalisation and improved trading liquidity.
The signal: Small-cap miners are consolidating to build scale and draw investor attention. By stitching together US, Mexican, and Moroccan assets under one listing, Silver Hammer is betting that a larger, diversified silver portfolio — with a marquee backer — will unlock capital that standalone juniors struggle to reach.
