Investre raises €2.4m Series A to scale fund tokenisation

What's the deal? Luxembourg fintech InvestreDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has raised a €2.4m Series A to expand its fund tokenisation infrastructure. Existing shareholders backed the round, joined by new investor Kneip Management SA.

What does Investre do? The company builds infrastructure that lets investment funds be issued, settled, and serviced natively on distributed ledger technology. It serves asset managers and fund industry participants across Europe from Luxembourg.

Why now? Investre says demand is shifting from pilot projects to production. "Two years ago we spent our time explaining what tokenisation is. Today the question we hear is how fast we can deliver it," said chief executive officer and co-founder Georges BockDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →.

What's the endgame? The capital will fund fully on-chain settlement for investment operations and a MiFID-compliant wallet infrastructure across the EU for institutional and retail investors. Investre also plans to grow its technology and operations teams, deepen partner integrations, and onboard new issuers.

Regulatory footing: The CSSF has authorised Investre as a Control Agent under Luxembourg's Blockchain IV Law. Bock said Kneip Management's arrival signals growing confidence from established fund players: "The people who know the fund industry best are backing where it goes next."

The signal: The round reflects a broader shift in Luxembourg's financial centre, where tokenisation is moving from proof-of-concept to operational infrastructure. For Investre, the next phase depends on delivering that infrastructure at scale.
