JustAI raises $17M Series A to build an agentic marketing platform
What's the deal? JustAI, an AI-native marketing platform, has raised $17 million in Series A funding to automate personalisation, experimentation, and decisioning for enterprise marketing teams.
The round was led by Base10 PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, with participation from Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners. Strategic backers include operators from AnthropicDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, Chime, and Notion, the chief technology officer of HubSpot, and the founders of Eppo and Vapi.
Why now? Marketing teams face mounting pressure to deliver more output and personalisation without adding headcount or tools.
Yet the martech landscape is fragmented, with more than 15,000 products counted in 2025. Gartner's 2026 CMO Spend Survey found that chief marketing officers allocate 15.3% of budgets to AI, but only 30% feel ready to scale it.
JustAI's platform runs on four coordinated agents handling strategy, creative, decisioning, and data. Together they let marketers shift from manual campaign execution to autonomous marketing.
The company grew its annual recurring revenue 5X this year and says it influenced over $100 million in customer revenue.
"We want marketers to spend less time managing tools and more time making the decisions that drive growth," said Neha Mittal, founder and chief executive officer of JustAI.
The platform predicts the next best message or action for each user, replacing manual workflows with adaptive decisioning. It can execute hundreds of agent-built campaigns at scale while giving marketers control.
What could go wrong? Only 30% of marketing leaders feel ready to scale AI, signalling a steep adoption curve.
JustAI must also stand out in a crowded field of 15,000-plus martech products, many promising similar automation.
The signal: Lead investor Base10 Partners has built a thesis around automation reaching traditionally manual sectors, and JustAI — still an early-stage company — fits that pattern by positioning autonomous agents as infrastructure rather than just another dashboard. The backing of Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners alongside operators from Anthropic, Notion, and HubSpot signals confidence that AI-native tooling can consolidate a martech landscape now fragmented across more than 15,000 products.
