Naboo raises $70M Series B led by Lightspeed
What's the deal? French scaleup Naboo has raised $70 million in a series B round led by Silicon Valley's Lightspeed Venture Partners, announced in February 2026.
The company runs a central platform that helps global firms manage their entire volume of meetings and events, combining AI-powered software with personalised service.
The funding fuels an international expansion that brought Naboo into the German market in 2025, with Hamburg chosen as its base.
Why now? A €20 million series A in February 2025 coincided with a sharp rise in German enquiries and bookings, accelerating the decision to expand.
Naboo weighed Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, and Düsseldorf, focusing on company structure, accessibility, and quality of life.
Hamburg won out, said Glenn Bialek, a founding member of Naboo Deutschland GmbH. The city sits close to Naboo's target clients — from SMEs to global corporations — and serves as a major hub for events and conferences.
It also offers Munich-level quality of life at a lower cost, plus easy access to Northern Europe, a key future market.
The signal: Lightspeed Venture Partners leading the round signals strong Silicon Valley confidence in a still early-stage European scaleup, a vote of faith that could accelerate Naboo's push into Northern Europe from its new Hamburg base.
