The deal values AB Tasty at around $150–200 million, according to people familiar with the matter, and places the combined group at an estimated $500 million with $100 million in annual recurring revenue.

The acquisition brings together two established players in website and app experimentation, personalisation and analytics, creating a scaled platform serving marketing, product and growth teams globally.

Wingify, which was majority acquired by Everstone in 2025, is using the transaction as a step toward building a broader digital experience optimisation suite with a stronger presence in Europe and North America.

AB Tasty, founded in 2009, has built a large customer base around its A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation tools, particularly in Europe.

Wingify, founded in India and best known for its VWO product, has focused on experimentation, analytics and behaviour insights for enterprise customers worldwide. The two product portfolios are expected to be complementary, with opportunities for cross-selling and shared product development.

Everstone is also injecting fresh capital alongside the transaction to support integration and future growth, although the size of the new funding round was not disclosed. The private equity firm has positioned the combined company as a platform for further expansion in the digital experience and experimentation market.
