Enghouse Systems Acquires Trafi to Enhance Global Mobility-as-a-Service Offerings
Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ENGH), a Canadian enterprise software company, has acquired Trafi Ltd., a Lithuanian-based provider of Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) solutions. The acquisition, announced on April 14, 2025, aims to enhance Enghouse’s transportation portfolio by integrating Trafi’s advanced MaaS platform, which unifies various transportation modes into a single, user-friendly application.
Trafi’s platform is designed to manage complex transport systems, offering features such as real-time data mapping, in-app ticketing and payments, and comprehensive data analysis tools. It enables cities and public transport authorities to connect various mobility options, including public transport, car rental, taxi, and micromobility services like bicycles and scooters. Trafi’s solutions are trusted by major cities such as Berlin (Jelbi), Brussels (Floya), and Solent (Breeze).
