Who are they? Nivi has operated since 1960, building expertise in international debt collection, document digitalisation, and data analytics for the cross-border management of traffic violations. Safety21 handles the enforcement cycle for more than 700 local authorities, from detection through its proprietary TitanO platform to fine notification and collection.
What's the endgame? The acquisition extends Safety21's end-to-end offering across the full violation management cycle, in Italy and abroad. Adding Nivi's specialist international collection capability lets the Group serve its existing authorities with a more integrated model.
