Why now? "Organizations increasingly need reliable communications, real-time visibility, and intelligent tools to protect and coordinate distributed teams," said Bob Gartland, a partner at NexPhase. President Jake Bailey added that customers want to know "where risk is emerging, and when action is required" without waiting on field staff.
