Spain's Ayco raises €4.5 million in capital increase, issuing nearly 10 million shares

What's the deal? Ayco Grupo InmobiliarioDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Spanish real estate group, has completed a capital increase of about €4.5 million, it told the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) on Monday. The company issued 9,932,285 new ordinary shares at a nominal value of €0.30 each.

The breakdown: The total effective amount came to €4,469,528.25. Of that, €2,979,685.50 corresponds to the subscribed and paid-up capital, with the remainder booked as share premium.

Why now? The deed for the increase, funded through cash contributions, was registered with the Madrid Commercial Registry on July 30, 2026. The new shares represent 23.02% of Ayco's share capital following the operation.

What's next? The shares are expected to be recorded in the accounting registries of Iberclear, Spain's securities depository, in the coming days. The new shares are of the same class and series as those currently in circulation.

The signal: The post-IPO equity raise gives a listed Spanish property group fresh cash at a time when real estate firms are leaning on capital markets to shore up balance sheets. For Ayco, the move dilutes existing holders by nearly a quarter — a sizeable shift in ownership for a mid-sized listed player.
