Beep raises Series B to $130M total, led by Mobileye

What's the deal? Beep, a US provider of autonomous mobility services, has closed a Series B round led by autonomous vehicle technology company Mobileye, with participation from existing investors. The raise brings Beep's total capital to roughly $130 million.

What's the endgame? Beep plans, deploys, and manages autonomous transit networks through its mobility-as-a-service offerings and AutonomOS operating system. The new capital will help it scale those services, deepen work with technology and public-sector partners, and expand deployment of its AI-driven platform.

Why now? Mobileye and Beep have already worked together on AV deployment projects. The investment reflects what both describe as a shared push to bring autonomous models — from fixed-route services to on-demand microtransit — to commercial scale in the US.

"Beep plays an essential role in the emerging AV ecosystem across the United States, and its deployment platform will become increasingly important as more AV services come to market across vehicle types and business models," said Kobi Ohayon, chief operations officer at Mobileye.

Beep chief executive officer and chairman Kevin Reid said the round "enables us to strengthen and expand our shared autonomous mobility solutions, helping communities move people in ways that are safer, smarter, and more connected."

The signal: Mobileye, listed on Nasdaq and majority-owned by IntelDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, is expanding beyond driver-assistance systems into physical AI, acquiring robotics firm Mentee Robotics in 2026. Backing an operator like Beep gives it a route to commercial AV deployment as more services reach the market.
