Vecta backs Spanish dermocosmetics firm LiCO after €14M sales year

Why Vecta? The firm focuses on mid-sized companies in the Iberian market with an operational value strategy. Its experience in personal care and cosmetics, plus its record in helping companies expand abroad, drove the deal.

What's the endgame? Both sides framed the investment around international expansion. "We are convinced that their experience, operational capabilities, and knowledge of the sector will help us scale the project internationally with guarantees," said Ferrer, chief executive officer and founder (translated from Spanish).

Javier Casado, a partner at Vecta, said the company "has a differential value proposition that we trust will be key in the company's international rollout" (translated from Spanish).

Why now? Vecta raised a €260 million fund in 2026, giving it capital to deploy. The LiCO deal lands amid rising consumer focus on personal care, a trend the company's targeted product range aims to serve.
