Crusoe raises $3B Series F at $30B valuation to build AI data centres

The contract is a commercial agreement, not a separate financing round, and helped attract interest in Crusoe's latest fundraising.
What's the endgame? Crusoe builds data centres and provides cloud computing to major AI customers, including OpenAI, Microsoft, and Meta. Founded in 2018 as a flared-gas-powered crypto-mining operation, the company has since shifted its focus to AI infrastructure and cloud services.
The signal: The $30 billion post-money valuation includes the new funding, putting Crusoe's pre-money valuation at roughly $27 billion. That is a sharp increase from the more than $10 billion valuation established by its $1.375 billion Series E in October 2025, as demand for AI computing capacity continues to pull capital and commercial commitments into the infrastructure layer.
