What does it build? Founded by Ashvani Shukla and Abhijeet Bokil, Aeron develops navigation, weather sensing, and monitoring technologies for aerospace, defence, and industrial use. Its portfolio spans inertial navigation systems, air data computers, avionics, and flight test instrumentation.
Where it's used: Aeron's products run across aircraft, helicopters, unmanned platforms, missiles, armoured vehicles, and naval platforms. It is also building hardware-software solutions for utility-scale solar projects.
What's the money for? The capital will expand manufacturing capacity, accelerate research and development, fund new products, and meet customer demand. Aeron also plans to strengthen its presence in international markets.
The signal: The round sits in the upper tier of comparable early-stage deals, a sign of investor appetite for domestic defence and aerospace hardware.
