What's the endgame? Nawy, founded in 2019, runs a full-stack real estate ecosystem covering property buying, financing, renting, asset management, and investment. Nawy Now, regulated by Egypt's Financial Regulatory Authority, offers mortgage financing with tenors of up to seven years.
The programme uses an ijarah (lease-to-own) model that delivers Shariah-compliant, fixed-income returns backed by real-estate mortgage receivables. The five-year securitization programme targets $97.8 million; this second issuance pushes total capital raised above $19.6 million in under a year.
Why now? The first issuance closed at $8.7 million in October 2025 after being oversubscribed and has since distributed roughly $2.3 million to certificate holders across three payment cycles. Nawy Now will use the programme as a recurring institutional funding channel to expand its mortgage origination portfolio.
