The strategic rationale: ACP called Trident a "platform investment," citing its leadership, market position and growth options. "The Company operates in attractive end markets supported by powerful long-term tailwinds, including infrastructure investment, utility modernization, fiber deployment and increasing safety requirements," said Chris Jones, co-founder and managing partner at ACP.
