LRG acquires 200-year-old estate agency Henry Adams

What's the endgame? LRG said Henry Adams will gain access to the group's technology, training and wider resources, and plans to use the acquisition as a platform to extend the brand into new areas. Wiggett said the deal gives the business "the investment, resources and expertise needed to support the next stage of our growth."
The signal: The deal adds to LRG's presence across the South of England and marks another move in a consolidating estate agency market, where larger groups continue to absorb established regional brands.
