Nimlas is a Nordic technical installations group with a pro forma turnover of SEK 10 billion, spanning electrical, plumbing, ventilation, automation, and fire protection services.
Why now? The deal fits Nimlas Sweden's 5-50-500 growth strategy, which targets SEK 5 billion in revenue, 50 new companies, and SEK 500 million in profit.
What changes? JS Service i Norr becomes part of Nimlas Sweden. Charlott Svensson, currently operations manager, steps up to managing director. The company was founded by Jonas Svensson in 2014.
