The details: The round mixes primary and secondary capital, with ₹10 Cr raised as primary and ₹10 Cr through secondary transactions.
What's the endgame? YOGa builds indoor air-quality systems that clean air across an entire room or building rather than a limited area, as conventional purifiers do. Its Clean Air Bubble system filters outdoor air before bringing it indoors and uses positive air pressure to keep pollution out through doors and gaps. The company claims it can deliver equivalent air quality across a house in about 55 minutes while drawing roughly 70 watts.
Where the money goes: YOGa plans to deepen its presence in existing markets and expand into new Tier I and Tier II cities. A chunk of the capital will fund deployment on public transport and other outdoor spaces.
Why now? B2B demand is rising as concerns around indoor air quality grow. "Earlier, we were mostly doing retail. Now B2B is actually shifting. Orders are coming from large real estate projects and institutions," founder and chief executive officer Sachin Panwar told Inc42.
