The new capital will grow the engineering, commercial, and operations teams to keep pace with demand.
What's the endgame? Part of the money goes toward a new generation of autonomous AI agents built to run demand generation, order processing, and customer reactivation on their own. Today the platform works as a copilot that still needs human validation.
"Until the end of this year, our main objective is delivery," Rawicz said (translated from Portuguese), adding that expanding engineering is a top priority for the next six months.
The signal: At $4 million, the round sits in the top 4% of all seed rounds raised by Brazilian marketing startups, a sign of investor appetite for tools that plug informal WhatsApp commerce into formal ERP systems.
