HubX raises $75M Series A at $1.28B valuation, joining unicorn ranks

What do the backers say? Point72 Private Investments partner Ishan Sinha said HubX's ability to spot consumer demand and quickly build, distribute, and scale products stood out in the decision. Co-founder Kaan Ortabaş noted the company reached its current scale within four years while staying profitable.

The signal: The round ranks among the largest Series A deals ever recorded for a media company in Türkiye, sitting in the 98th percentile across a sample of more than 1,000 comparable rounds. It shows investors are willing to write big first cheques for bootstrapped, profitable app portfolios with global reach.
