Fravity AI is acquired by Socure to scale agentic AI for fraud and compliance

The acquisition price was not disclosed. Fravity’s technology will be integrated into Socure’s RiskOS platform as RiskOS_Agents.

What does Fravity do? Fravity builds AI agents that automate workflows for fraud and compliance teams, including document retrieval, sanctions and watchlist screening, know-your-business checks, and case summarisation. Its platform is designed to reduce manual work and help analysts resolve cases more efficiently.

What’s next? Following the acquisition, Fravity’s capabilities will be delivered natively through RiskOS, giving Socure’s customers access to its agentic AI technology. Existing deployments have reportedly reduced cost per case by up to 80%, accelerated case resolution by up to 5x, and reduced false positives by as much as 70%.

The signal: The acquisition gives Fravity access to Socure’s customer base and proprietary identity and risk infrastructure, while expanding Socure’s capabilities in AI-driven fraud and compliance automation.
