What does Project Four do? It provides Principal Designer and Principal Accountable Person support to public and private sector clients across the UK, including major contractors, developers, and public bodies. CDM advisory services are also part of its offer.
Why now? Project Four is one of relatively few firms able to hold both Building Safety Act Principal Designer and CDM Principal Designer appointments as regulation tightens.
What changes? The deal adds building safety to Vadella's existing capabilities, giving contractors, developers, and owners access to compliance expertise spanning design through to building occupation.
