AirPro and Revv merge to build end-to-end ADAS repair platform
What's the deal? AirPro DiagnosticsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a Rotunda Capital PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → portfolio company specialising in remote Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) diagnostics and calibration, has merged with Revv, an AI-powered operating system for ADAS repair workflows. The combined company pairs AirPro's diagnostic execution with Revv's software to offer a single, vertically integrated hardware, software, and services solution.
Why now? ADAS is now standard on nearly every new vehicle, but the tools and providers needed to service it remain fragmented across separate systems. Rotunda partner Ryan Aprill said repairs requiring calibrations are "growing exponentially," a structural demand that formed its thesis when it partnered with AirPro in 2025.
What's the endgame? AirPro brings calibration expertise; Revv brings software and AI that manage the full workflow — from identifying required calibrations and accessing OEM procedures to documenting completed work and supporting insurer reimbursement. Combining Revv's knowledge graph with AirPro's service data across millions of repair events gives the company a complete view of how ADAS work is identified, performed, and documented.
Who runs it? Driaan du Toit becomes chief executive officer of the combined entity, with Revv co-founder Adi Bathla serving as president and chief innovation officer and joining the board. Bathla and chief technology officer Rashmi Sinha will retain a meaningful ownership stake.
What about existing tools? Revv will stay open and tool-agnostic, continuing to serve the wider repair ecosystem and integrate with systems shops already use. "Shops have been piecing together hardware and software from different providers for years, and with the complexity of today's vehicles, that's not good enough," Bathla said.
Bathla co-founded Revv in 2022, growing it from a workflow tool into a platform now processing more than one million vehicles annually. He also founded the United ADAS CollectiveDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, the first professional organisation for the calibration community, which has passed 1,600 members in under a year and joins the combined company.
The signal: The merger reflects consolidation in a repair category moving from the periphery to the centre of automotive servicing. As every model year adds calibration complexity, integrated players that own hardware, software, and execution are positioning to become the standard layer between shops, OEMs, and insurers.
