Why now? ASSA has budgeted IDR 1.5 trillion in capital expenditure this year, all earmarked for fleet replacement and expansion. What's the endgame? Corporate secretary Jerry Fandy Tunjungan said the fleet expansion is expected to support higher revenue. ASSA is targeting revenue growth of 5–10% year on year in 2026.
By the numbers: Vehicle rental brought in IDR 841.62 billion in the first half of 2026, or 27.5% of total revenue. Logistics and warehouse management remained the biggest earner at IDR 1.35 trillion, roughly 44%.
The signal: At about $2.3 million, the facility is a small, targeted debt raise rather than a headline round. It reflects a familiar playbook for asset-heavy rental operators: use bank credit to fund fleet growth and, in turn, recurring rental income.
