The terms: PN Gadgil will buy 1,50,00,000 equity shares through a mix of fresh issuance and purchases from existing shareholders, completed in one or more tranches. Silvostyle was incorporated on December 19, 2025.

What's the endgame? PN Gadgil says the acquisition will consolidate its jewellery business and broaden its product line into fashion silver. It expects operational synergies and a wider market presence in a competitive sector.

The numbers: Silvostyle posted turnover of ₹72.93 crore for the period ending March 31, 2026. As Silvostyle Jewellery LLP, the business reported ₹40.46 crore in the year to March 2025 and ₹27.09 crore the year before — a steady climb.

What could go wrong? The deal is a related party transaction. Silvostyle sits within PN Gadgil's promoter group, and Saurabh Gadgil, Radhika Gadgil, and Aditya Gadgil are directors and shareholders of both companies. PN Gadgil says the transaction will be conducted at arm's length.

The signal: Consolidation within a promoter group lets PN Gadgil pull a fast-growing silver line under one roof — but the related-party structure puts governance and pricing under scrutiny. The company will next face shareholders at its 13th annual general meeting on September 28, 2026.
