Expo Gas Containers raises Rs 12.69 crore via warrant conversion
What's the deal? Expo Engineering And Projects Ltd has allotted 18,12,859 equity shares at Rs 70 each after the conversion of outstanding warrants, raising Rs 12.69 crore. The allotment completes a fundraising plan approved at an Extraordinary General Meeting on June 27, 2025.
