Why now? The deal marks Massey Services' third acquisition in North Alabama since June 2025, signalling a concentrated regional push.

The rationale: "Those same values have guided Massey Services since our founding, making this a natural fit for both organisations," said Tony Massey, president and chief executive officer of Massey Services. He said the company would continue serving Bohannon's customers with "environmentally responsible services."

The signal: Massey's rapid-fire buying in one region reflects the steady consolidation of local, family-run pest control firms into larger national operators.
