Blue Blends promoters take 94.87% stake in insolvency revamp

The breakdown. Neolite Polymer took 49,90,000 shares, representing 94.68%, while Shah acquired 10,000 shares, representing 0.19%. The allotment implements a resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, on 6 December 2024 and cleared on appeal by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi, on 18 February 2026.

What it means. Blue Blends now has total equity capital of ₹5,27,04,460, divided into 52,70,446 shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The promoter group previously held no voting rights, leaving public ownership minimal after the allotment.
