Why now? Founded in 2025, MatriQ says it has completed four financing rounds within one year, raising nearly 1 billion yuan in total. The company is developing full-stack neutral-atom quantum systems and says it has stably operated a defect-free physical-qubit array of up to 2,310 qubits.

What's next? MatriQ plans to continue investing in complete-machine engineering, logical-qubit research, a quantum-computing cloud platform and talent. Its first commercial product has obtained customer orders, according to the company.
