"John To Go has developed a scalable platform for continued growth, and the acquisition of Bravo is an excellent example of how we can leverage that platform," said Alex Levental, an Ironwood Capital partner. He added that JTG is "well positioned to pursue additional growth through both organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions."

The signal: The deal reflects continued consolidation in the fragmented portable sanitation sector, where private equity-backed operators are buying regional players to widen routes and lift margins.
