Kodeon acquires Breethe in eight-figure deal
What's the deal? Toronto-based Kodeon has acquired Montréal mental wellness platform Breethe, adding it to Kodeon's portfolio of mobile life-improvement apps. The transaction closed in August 2026; the purchase price was not disclosed, although Breethe's co-founder described it as being in the eight-figure range and said it consisted primarily of cash plus some Kodeon stock.
Why it matters. Breethe is Kodeon's fourth and largest acquisition. Kodeon plans to apply its AI platform across the portfolio, including for onboarding, customer service, operations and software development. The company said Breethe had generated more than $50 million in total revenue and served more than 18 million clients globally.
