The details. The five-year agreement includes a $400 million term loan and permits revolver borrowings of up to $600 million, with an accordion feature that could expand the facility further. The term expires on August 18, 2031.

What it means. EXL said the expanded debt capacity will support targeted mergers and acquisitions while it continues returning capital under its $500 million share repurchase authorisation.
