Jubilant Ingrevia buys 40% of Zettaone for ₹189.2 crore in electronics push

Why now? The investment is a step in Jubilant Ingrevia's "Pinnacle" growth strategy, giving it a platform to expand into Electronics Development and Manufacturing Services (EDMS). It aims to offer an integrated value proposition across the electronics and semiconductor value chain.

The terms: The deal will close in two tranches — the first by November 2026 and the second by September 2027. Zettaone reported turnover of ₹98.1 crore for FY25-26, up from ₹79.1 crore the prior year and ₹51.1 crore in FY23-24.

What's the endgame? Jubilant Ingrevia expects Zettaone's expertise to complement its existing CDMO capabilities. Zettaone serves aerospace, defence, semiconductor, automotive, medical, and industrial customers.
