The Los Gatos, California company sells Mobile Coverage as a Service (MCaaS), a fully managed platform that delivers carrier-grade cellular inside enterprise buildings. It will use the money to expand deployments, automate mobile-operator integration, and scale its InfiniG Insights analytics tool.
Why now? Modern buildings increasingly use dense concrete, steel, and low-emissivity glass that block outdoor cellular signals. Meanwhile, mobile operators no longer fund enterprise coverage deployments at scale, and many carrier-funded Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) are reaching end of life without replacements.
What it means MCaaS uses shared CBRS spectrum, multi-operator technology, and neutral-host infrastructure to deliver enterprise-funded coverage through one managed service. InfiniG says it compresses a process that took months or years into a repeatable model deployed in weeks. The platform is cloud-managed and 5G-upgradeable, with a path toward private networks, robotics, and physical AI.
What they said: "Enterprises need to build cellular infrastructure for the next 10 years, not recreate models designed for the last 10 or 20," said Joel LindholmDealroom has a profile for this one.
