What changes: Catapult's customers gain access to Odeko's online ordering platform, national catalogue, 24/7 support, and financing and insurance products.
Why now? The deal deepens Odeko's footprint in a region where it already runs three sites. "This acquisition is a clear signal of our continued investment in the Pacific Northwest," said Ken Banas, chief financial officer of Odeko.
