Finley will use the funding to expand product development and address the financial needs of additional industry verticals. Cofounders Capital partner Tobias Walter will join the company's board of directors.

Founded in 2025 by Justin Norwood and Josh Pennington, Finley helps business leaders manage cash flow, capital raising and strategic financial decisions.
