FabriSight lands C$64,854 grant to turn plant cameras into AI operations tools

What's the endgame? FabriSight is building an AI-powered computer vision platform that uses existing plant cameras to identify workflow bottlenecks and production losses in real time, giving processors operational insight without requiring new hardware installations.

The signal: Since 2021, the Innovation Booster has awarded more than C$7 million to 85 Canadian foodtech companies. The network says those companies have generated over C$90 million in economic impact and created more than 355 jobs and co-op placements.
