Crystal HR exits TeamLease joint venture

Crystal HRDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → is no longer a joint venture of TeamLease Services after TeamLease agreed to sell its entire 30% stake in Crystal HR for ₹10.12 crore (about INR 101.2 million). The exit agreement was executed on August 12, 2026, following an earlier share purchase agreement.

TeamLease said the divestment supports portfolio rationalisation and capital allocation priorities. The consideration will be paid in cash, based on arm's-length negotiations and an independent valuation report.
