Principal Mineral acquires Conductive Group

The company develops electrically conductive composite technologies and electromagnetic interference shielding solutions for aerospace, electronics, autonomy and other applications. Terms were not disclosed.

Why now? The acquisition expands Principal Mineral's strategic materials platform alongside its June 2026 acquisition of Isola Group and its 2025 acquisition of Camden Copper. Principal Mineral said the combined portfolio spans conductive materials, copper-clad laminates and copper foil for advanced electronics and critical supply chains.

Conductive Group has operated since 1984 and includes Conductive Composites, Faraday Cases and Faraday Structures. Its products support applications including communications, aerospace and defence systems.
