What's changing? The deal gives WestBridge a majority stake while Foresight GroupDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, which invested in Beckett in 2021, makes a majority exit and partially reinvests. Foresight says its return will exceed 5.0x, with an internal rate of return above 40%.
Why now? Beckett has grown its assets under management from £0.8bn to £2.1bn under Foresight's ownership, serves more than 5,000 clients and has completed eight add-on acquisitions since 2020. WestBridge plans to support further organic and acquisitive growth.
What happens next? Beckett will remain led by chief executive Gavin Wood, with Ian White continuing as non-executive chair after completion. The transaction is the fifth investment from WestBridge III.
