STRGY AI raises €1M to keep strategy on track, day to day

What's the deal? Helsinki-based STRGY AIDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has raised €1M in angel funding to build StrategyOSDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, an AI-powered platform that helps leadership teams track whether their organisations are executing on strategy. Backers include Innovestor's Angel CoFundDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, non-dilutive support from Business FinlandDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, and angel investor Maryne Lemvik.

What's the endgame? StrategyOS aims to replace static plans and one-off reporting with an always-on view of how daily work connects to strategic priorities. It flags drift early and automates board-ready reporting for Chiefs of Staff, Heads of Strategy, and COOs at mid-market companies.

Who's using it? The platform is already deployed with early customers across consumer brands and private equity-backed companies, with more enterprise rollouts in progress.

"Most companies have a strategy. Very few have a way to know, day to day, whether their teams are actually executing on it," said co-founder and chief executive officer Samuli Bäck.

What's the money for? STRGY will grow its commercial team, invest in product development, deepen enterprise relationships, and prepare further product launches later in 2026.

Why now? The company assembled a deliberately international investor base from the start, spanning the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and Finland. It frames that spread as a sign of how broadly the shift toward AI-native strategy execution resonates across Europe.

Lemvik, who invested after testing the product, said strategy execution "is often the weakest link, while leadership teams spend far too much time pulling together information for board reporting." She added that StrategyOS turns strategy into "a continuous management discipline rather than a periodic exercise."

The signal: At €1M, the round sits in the 93rd percentile of all-time angel rounds in Finland, based on a sample of 186 deals — an outsized early cheque that points to investor appetite for AI-native tools aimed at the operational core of growing companies.
